I recently returned from one of the best things I’ve ever done. I gave myself {and hubby} a most uplifting and life-changing experience – a Tony Robbins four-day seminar. I’m making the assumption you all know who he is; I will simply say here that he is a brilliant life master. I view this seminar as a crash course in how to live life extraordinarily – how to live with energy, passion and in a conscious and alive state of mind and being:
how to maximize our potential by pushing through our fears and resistances that keep us all from doing so much more with our lives;
how to rid ourselves of the stories we habitually tell ourselves that keep us stuck in our same mode;
how to move beyond our past “The past does not equal the future unless you live there.”
how to put ourselves into a state of action
how to change
I’m still digesting it all. But I wanted to share something I think is very powerful and yet easy to access on our own. This is a great take-away and definitely alters our state of mind and mood. It’s a heart exercise to activate the flow of positive feelings or as called, emotional flooding.
Here’s to a great way to start off your day and it can be done in just 3 or 4 minutes to get the boost.
