Incorporating Vitamin F Into Your Diet

No, it’s not what you think it is.

It’s  F  U  N.

Is this part of your life?  Are you having fun on a regular basis?  What’s your dose of Fun?

It’s a load lightener, so make sure you swallow some heavy doses of it often.

Even in the throes of hardship, there’s a place for fun.  We cope better.  It’s a great diffuser of tension.   And it interrupts the cycle of stress and negativity and helps us recharge.  It’s an antidote to boredom and passivity.  And it’s a great way to be known, as a fun person.

My newest source of fun is rebounding.  Every morning I go jumping on my mini-trampoline.   Actually I do all sorts of silly movements on it to the loud beat of fast and energetic music.  I let loose like a wind-up doll.  It’s childlike, freeing and just so happens to be extremely  healthy.    Even my face muscles get a work-out as they stretch and pull into weird forms.  Make a lion face, c’mon now – R o a r……

So what’s FUN?

  • A good old-fashioned belly laugh –till the tears start coming.
  • Being silly and goofy, like nobody’s watching.
  • Engaging in activities that brings you pleasure.
  • Doing something different. You might just surprise yourself and say, “wow, now that was fun!”
  • Being with fun and zany people.
  • Being spontaneous.
  • Loosening up and letting go.
  • Being open to new things.
  • Being uninhibited.
