encouraged to live fully beyond loss and adversity

Playfulness

Hi, I’m Harriet, and welcome to the Happy Minute. Do you ever think of the word playful? What it means, who it relates to? I’m sure we all think of the word play in terms of children. But how about playful in terms of our spirit and our personalities so that we reconnect with some of those fun loving times and moments we’ve had as children. We’re not getting on the floor necessarily to play a scrabble game or monopoly, but we’re being more playful in terms of silliness, creativity, maybe some lessening of our inhibitions. How about overall lightening up, doing things a little bit differently? Can we take that in and put some of that out there? It would sure benefit us and make life a little more fun.
